Information about zoning restrictions on locations for either cultivation, processing or retail sale of marijuana are adopted in sections 19.25.025, 19.44.100 and 19.58.110 and 19. 44.020 and 19.58.020 of the Longview Municipal Code. A buffer map was developed in 2014 and updated in 2023 depicting prohibited areas. It is only reflective of the buffers in effect from the 2014 Local Ordinance Zoning Laws, and mandatory state laws and may only be considered for reference as conditions and buffer locations will change over time.
