A Timesheet is a report that collects the data from all the timers and displays them.
If you want to review the timesheets, click the Timesheet button within the ANALYTICS section in the main menu.
The timesheets contain the data about the time an employee spends on projects, clients, and tasks, as well as time off.
Daily timesheet
The Daily Timesheet is the most comprehensive report in Time Analytics and contains all recorded data per day.
Choose a period you want to see a timesheet for. (Alternatively, you can select a pre-determined date range, including Today, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year)
The Daily timesheet contains all data about time tracked:
- Team member
- Client
- Project
- Task
- Time off
- Note (this is a brief description your team member wrote while the timer was recording)
- Information on whether the activity is billable or not
- Billing rate
- Hours recorded
- Date of entry
- Option to edit or delete
Edit or delete timesheet line
Each line shown in the Daily Timesheet can be edited or deleted. You can edit your own data or data entered by your teammates.
Finally, you can filter data with filler buttons, or export the timesheet.
Weekly timesheet
You can view the Weekly Timesheet by clicking the “Weekly” button in the Timesheet section. Select a week by clicking on any day within that week. You can only see the timesheet for a specific week. In other words, you can’t select a pre-determined date range.
The Weekly timesheet contains:
- Team member
- Client
- Project
- Task
- Time off
- Hours recorded for each day
Finally, you can filter data with filter buttons or export the timesheet.
