You can export an Excel invoice from Time Analytics.
We remind you to fill in the data on your Company in the Settings section, as well as client data in the Clients section for the invoice to contain all elements.
When exporting the invoices, the program will draw from this data and add it to the invoice automatically.
Alternatively, if you don’t fill out these forms beforehand, you can manually enter the data on your company and the client in the Excel form.
The invoice generation process goes as follows:
Click Reports
Click Client tab in the header
Choose the Date range of the services you want to invoice
You will get a client list. Once you choose the client you’re creating the invoice for, click “More”
Choose the items to show in the invoice. If you want the invoice to contain a list of projects, click “Projects”; if you want it to contain an itemized list of individual tasks, click “Tasks”; if you want to list all team members with their hourly billing rates, click “Team”
Click “Invoice”
Edit extorted invoice in Excel
The invoice contains the data on the invoiced items by default.
You have the option of modifying the invoice manually according to your needs and adjusting it to comply with your local legislation.
For confidentiality, once you download the invoice, you will need to fill in the bank account data yourself.
The current version of Time Analytics doesn’t offer invoice tracking and invoice management, including account receivable tracking.
This feature is coming soon.
